Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that our products are handcrafted by artisans in rural India, resulting in unique products that may have slight differences from each other.
However to be eligible for a return below conditions should be met.
- If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or the wrong product is delivered.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect
- If the product you receive is damaged in transit
To start a return, please contact us at support@heartncraft.in providing the following information:
- Order number
- Product image
- Specify the reason for the return
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the option for exchange or replacement for your purchase and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please put the product in its original packaging, seal it well and send it across. Please ensure that the product is unused at the time of return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
